At Styra.shop, we take immense pride in delivering high-quality, shatterproof home decor products to your doorstep. However, in the rare event that your product is damaged during delivery, we are here to help.

Replacement Policy

We offer replacements only under the following conditions:

  1. The product is shattered or visibly broken at the time of delivery.
  2. A complete unboxing video (from package seal to final product reveal) is provided as evidence.
  3. The video must clearly show the damaged condition of the product and must be recorded without any cuts or edits.
  4. The replacement request is raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Please note:
We do not offer replacements for:

  1. Products that are damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
  2. Issues like minor scratches, color variation, or dissatisfaction with product design or shape.
  3. Products with no valid unboxing video proof.

How to Request a Replacement:

  1. Record an unboxing video as you open your parcel (must start before the seal is broken).
  2. Ensure the damage is visible clearly in the same video.
  3. Share the video along with your order ID and Brief description of the issue at:

  4. Our team will verify and confirm the eligibility within 48 working hours.
  5. If approved, we will dispatch a replacement for the same product and design, at no additional cost.

Additional Notes:

  • Replacements are subject to stock availability. In case a product is out of stock, we may offer a credit voucher of equivalent value.
  • We do not entertain refunds or exchanges under this policy.
  • This replacement policy applies to orders placed via www.styra.shop only and is not applicable to third-party platforms.
  • If the product is out of stock, you may receive a store credit voucher of equal value.
  • We reserve the right to decline any claim that does not meet the above conditions.
