What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order for corporate pricing is 10 units of a single product. For mixed orders combining different products, each product requires a minimum of 5 units. We work with small teams and large enterprises alike — whether gifting 10 employees or 500 clients, we can accommodate the order.

Can you deliver to multiple addresses across India?

Yes — Styra supports multi-location corporate deliveries. Provide a delivery address list (Excel or Google Sheets format) and we will coordinate individual shipments to each address, each with its own tracking number. This is popular for Diwali gifting delivered directly to employee home addresses.

Do you provide GST invoices?

Yes — all corporate orders include a GST-compliant tax invoice. Share your company's GSTIN when placing the order and it will appear on the invoice for expense reimbursement and accounting purposes.

How long does bulk order delivery take?

Standard bulk orders (10–50 units) are processed within 3–5 business days and delivered within 5–8 business days across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities. For larger orders or those requiring custom packaging, allow 10–15 business days from order confirmation. For time-sensitive occasions like Diwali or company events, place orders at least 3 weeks in advance.

Can you add our company logo to the products?

Logo printing directly on products is available for select items at 100+ unit quantities with 3–4 week lead time. For most corporate orders, branding is applied to the gift box, card, and packaging — which creates a premium branded experience. Mention your branding requirements in your initial enquiry and we will assess feasibility.
