At Styra, we take pride in our high-quality, shatterproof home decor products. While we strive for perfection, we understand that issues may occasionally arise during delivery. We are here to help if your product arrives damaged.

Eligibility for Replacement

We offer a replacement only under the following conditions:

  • The product is shattered or visibly broken at the time of delivery
  • You provide a complete unboxing video (from package seal to final product reveal)
  • The video clearly shows the damage with no cuts or edits
  • The request is submitted within 24 hours of delivery

What Is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by improper handling after delivery
  • Issues such as minor scratches, color variation, or dissatisfaction with the product
  • Claims without valid video evidence

How to Submit a Replacement Request

  1. Record your unboxing video before opening the package — filming must begin before breaking the seal
  2. Ensure the damage is clearly visible in the footage
  3. Email the video along with your Order ID to styra.shop1@gmail.com
  4. Await verification — our team will review within 48 working hours

Important Notes

  • The unboxing video must start before the package seal is broken
  • Replacements are subject to stock availability; we may offer a store voucher instead
  • No refunds or exchanges are offered under this policy
  • This policy applies exclusively to orders placed on styra.shop, not third-party platforms
