Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes — Cash on Delivery is available on select orders and pin codes across India. The COD option will appear automatically at checkout if it is available for your specific delivery pin code. COD availability depends on your delivery location, order value, and courier partner coverage at that pin code. For most metro cities and major Tier 1 cities, COD is widely available. Some remote or Tier 3 pin codes may not support COD due to courier network limitations, in which case only prepaid payment options will appear at checkout. There is no additional charge for choosing COD. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept and pay for the order when the courier arrives. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by emailing styra.shop1@gmail.com with your order number and the subject line 'Order Cancellation Request'. Once the 12-hour window has passed, your order will have entered the dispatch pipeline and cancellation is no longer possible. This policy exists because Styra processes and dispatches orders rapidly to maintain fast delivery timelines. If a cancellation request arrives after dispatch, you will need to accept the delivery and then contact us within 48 hours if the product does not meet your expectations, at which point a replacement can be initiated for damaged or defective items. For prepaid orders successfully cancelled within 12 hours, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method. COD orders that are cancelled incur no charge. Please review your shipping address, product selection, and quantity carefully before completing checkout to avoid the need to cancel.

This applies to all serviceable pin codes across the country, including major metros like Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Pune, as well as Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities like Jaipur, Surat, Indore, Kochi, and Bhubaneswar, and smaller towns across all 28 states. Styra partners with reliable courier services including Delhivery and Shiprocket to ensure safe, prompt delivery. All shipments are fully tracked. You receive a real-time tracking link via SMS and email the moment your order is dispatched. Free shipping is Styra’s standard policy — always, on every order.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of placement. Delivery timelines after dispatch vary by location:
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities (Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Bhopal, Kochi, Vadodara, and similar): 5–7 business days
- Remote areas, hill stations, northeastern states: 7–10 business days
All timelines are business day estimates and exclude public holidays. Styra ships with reliable courier partners who provide real-time tracking. You will receive an SMS and email with your tracking number and courier link immediately upon dispatch. Do you ship to all cities in India?
Yes — Styra ships pan-India to all serviceable pin codes through our courier partner network. This covers all major metros including Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Surat, Lucknow, Bhopal, Chandigarh, and thousands of cities and towns across all 28 states and 8 union territories of India. Some remote or rural pin codes may occasionally be unserviceable due to courier network limitations — in these cases, the checkout page will indicate non-serviceability at the time of order. If your pin code is not covered, you may try an alternative nearby address. Styra is continuously expanding delivery coverage as courier networks grow. For bulk or corporate orders to remote locations not currently serviceable, contact styra.shop1@gmail.com and we will explore custom logistics solutions. All orders ship with full tracking and delivery is always free of charge.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Styra ships exclusively within India and does not offer international shipping. This is a deliberate decision made to ensure quality control over the delivery experience — Styra products require reliable tracking and handling standards that we can currently guarantee only within India’s domestic courier network. International shipping involves customs duties, import taxes, and logistics complexities that vary significantly by destination country, and we are not yet able to provide a reliable end-to-end experience for international customers. We are actively evaluating international shipping partnerships and hope to extend delivery to countries with large Indian diaspora communities — including the UAE, UK, USA, Canada, and Australia — in the future. How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an automated SMS and email containing your unique courier tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment in real time. Tracking updates are provided as your package moves through dispatch, transit hub, and out-for-delivery stages. You can also check your order status by logging into your Styra account and viewing 'My Orders'. If you checked out as a guest, tracking is available only via the SMS and email sent to your contact details at checkout. Tracking typically activates within 12–24 hours of dispatch — if the link is not yet active, try again the following morning. During peak periods such as Diwali or major sale events, tracking activation may take up to 48 hours. If you have not received tracking details 48 hours after placing your order, email styra.shop1@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Address changes can be accommodated within 12 hours of placing your order, before it has been dispatched. To request a change, email styra.shop1@gmail.com immediately with the subject line 'Address Change Request', your order number, and the full correct delivery address including pin code. Our team will confirm whether the change can be applied before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number assigned, address changes cannot be processed through our system — any subsequent changes would need to be coordinated directly with the courier, which Styra cannot guarantee. To avoid delivery issues, please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout, particularly the pin code, building or flat number, and city name. An incorrect pin code is the most common cause of delivery delays. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipment may incur an additional delivery charge.

Each piece undergoes a multi-step moulding and finishing process to achieve the smooth, gloss-like surface that makes Styra products indistinguishable from ceramic at first glance. Styra’s eco-friendly packaging is made from cornstarch and sugarcane waste — biodegradable alternatives to conventional plastic foam. All products are manufactured responsibly with minimal material waste. How do I clean Styra products?

For table lamps, ensure the product is switched off and cooled before cleaning, and never submerge the electrical components in water. Do your table lamps come with bulbs?
No — Styra table lamps do not include bulbs in the box. All lamps use a standard E27 screw-base bulb holder, which is the most widely used bulb format in India and is readily available at any electrical shop, hardware store, and online on Amazon or Flipkart at prices ranging from ₹80 to ₹300. Styra recommends 4–10 watt warm white LED bulbs with a colour temperature of 2700K for the most atmospheric, shadow-rich lighting effect from our geometric and sculptural designs. Warm white light enhances the contours and cutout patterns of Kumiko, Honeycomb, and Hex lamp models significantly better than cool white or daylight bulbs. The ideal wattage depends on use case — 4W for bedside ambience, 7–10W for a statement piece in a living room or home office. Ensure the bulb wattage does not exceed 15W to protect the lamp fitting. All Styra lamp models are compatible with any standard E27 LED bulb.
What voltage are Styra lamps compatible with?
All Styra table lamps are fully compatible with India’s standard 220–240V AC power supply at 50Hz — the same electrical specification used in all Indian homes, offices, and commercial spaces. No voltage converters, adapters, or stabilisers are required to use Styra lamps anywhere across India. The lamps use a standard E27 bulb holder and a two-pin Indian power plug (Type D), which fits all standard Indian wall sockets without any adaptor. Styra lamps are not designed for use with 110V power supplies used in North America and some other countries — international buyers would require a voltage step-up converter if using outside India. All Styra electrical components comply with Indian electrical safety standards. The lamp power cord is approximately 1.5 metres in length, suitable for standard bedside table or desk placement. For rooms requiring a longer reach, a standard Indian extension cord can be used safely without issue.
Are your vases meant for real flowers or artificial ones?
Both — Styra vases are fully functional for fresh flower arrangements with water, dried flower arrangements without water, and artificial stem displays. For fresh flowers, the interior of all Styra vases is smooth, water-resistant, and easy to clean. Simply fill with water, arrange your flowers, and enjoy. When changing arrangements, empty the vase fully, rinse the interior with clean water, and air-dry completely before refilling to prevent mineral deposits and staining from hard water. For dried flowers, pampas grass, or preserved botanical arrangements, no water is needed — the vase serves purely as a sculptural holder, especially popular for Japandi and minimalist styling that suits several of Styra’s design collections. For artificial stems and silk flowers, Styra vases work as a decorative base with a small amount of clear floral foam to anchor stems securely if needed. Returns & Replacement
What is your return and replacement policy?
Styra has a customer-first replacement policy for products that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was displayed on the website. If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, packaging damage, broken components, or is demonstrably different from the product page images, you are eligible for a free replacement at no additional cost. To initiate a claim, contact Styra within 48 hours of delivery by emailing styra.shop1@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or a short video showing the damage or defect. Claims raised more than 48 hours after confirmed delivery may not be accepted. Once a valid claim is verified by our team, a replacement unit is dispatched within 2–3 business days. What do I do if my product arrives damaged?
If your Styra product arrives damaged, act quickly — you must raise a claim within 48 hours of delivery. Before fully unpacking, photograph or video the outer packaging to document external transit damage. Then open the package and photograph the damaged product clearly from multiple angles, showing the affected area. Email these photos or videos to styra.shop1@gmail.com along with your order number, full name, and a brief description of the damage — for example, 'vase cracked at the base' or 'lamp shade arrived with a deep scratch on the surface'. Our customer support team reviews claims within 24 business hours and, once verified, arranges a free replacement shipment within 2–3 business days. In most cases you do not need to return the damaged product.
