He joined Styra to bring the business rigour, brand strategy, and operational depth needed to take a bold design vision and turn it into a company that ships across India.
At Styra, Malav leads brand direction, growth, and the overall customer experience. He is the reason Styra’s positioning is sharp — not just “home decor” but specifically design-forward, shatterproof, India-built decor for the modern Indian home. Under his leadership, Styra expanded from a small catalogue to 120+ products spanning vases, lamps, planter pots, desk accessories, clocks, and sculptural figurines, all priced between ₹509 and ₹1,899.
